Teacher Ornella Olier is a nice person, she's friendly and responsible, she has a good level, I like her way to teach English.

Teacher Ornella is a patient professor, she knows her students and knows how to attract their attention.  

SOCIAL ABILITIES:

Teacher has a good relationship with her students, they love her because she is really loving teacher 

and all her colleagues found her very likeable.

PEDAGOGY:

Teacher Ornella uses some methods to work in class for example she uses grammar translation, audiolingual and reading method.

she does questions during the class about the topic and also she plays different  games.  

CLASSROOM MANEGEMENT:

the teacher is a great classroom manager because, she  knows how to talk to her students, she has group control.
